A member asked:

Found a lump in my testicle, it feels as though it's attached in a way to the testicle, no pain aside from lower back, what could this be?

Lump on testicle: A number of things but it definitely needs to be checked by a urologist or your doctor asap.

Get checked: You need to get this checked by a doctor. While this could be something minor, you're at the typical age for seminoma (testicular cancer), which is very treatable (and curable) if caught early. It's good that you're checking!

Scrotal anatomy: It is most likely the tubing that comes from the testicle to the prostate gland and is normal.
