Pyridium (phenazopyridine) 200 mgs: You should get a urinalysis in case of urinary infection, and be checked if there is any chance a of std. Then pyridium, (phenazopyridine) which will turn your urine orange and interfere with any urine test. This will help with the burning, either by prescription from dr. Or clinic or over the counter. Also antibiotic to treat UTI or std. Otc medications are 1/2 strength. 3 x/ day for no longer than 5 days.

Seek attention: You should be evaluated. There is no way to diangosis your concerns without a health care visit. Infections can get pretty bad, so you should be seen sooner than later. Things other than infections can cause pain with urination as well.
