Can improve: Aphasia with right sided paralysis is usually the result of a stroke on the left side of the brain. Stroke and resulting aphasia and paralysis can significantly improve. Most of the recovery occurs in the first 6 months after stroke but it may continue for a year and even more. Improvement occurs more in people, who also receive physical ; mental rehab.Mostly, complete cure is not possible. Thanks.
