Difficult to : Diagnose without an examination at minimum. Would recommend a visit to the dentist for an evaluation and recommendation. Hope this helps.

OK for Now: It may be fine to do what you are doing to relieve discomfort, but you really need to have a dentist take x-rays and determine if you have room for the teeth to come in. What you are experiencing is what babies feel when they are 'cutting teeth' but the difference is that you may not have room for the wisdom teeth and they could cause permanent damage to other teeth if not checked out!
