Should be but...: 800 mcg of Folic Acid should be fine, though if you are among the 1/3 of people that have trouble converting Folic Acid to the active form, l-5-mthf, you might consider supplementing with 1 mg of l-5-mthf (only a blood tests tells for sure). The rda of B12 is only 2.6 mcg so 8 mcg should be ok, though if you are vegan you could take higher amounts to be safe. For most, what you are on is fine.
