What does a doc check if they want to determine if a woman is a virgin or not?or what exams does he conduct to find out?

The doctor looks...: The doctor looks at her face and says, "have you had sex before?" if she answers, "sort of" or "yes", then she is not a virgin. If she answers, "no", then she is a virgin. Unless there is a criminal case involved, it does not matter if she is a virgin or not. In general, there is no issue except that the doctor can do valuable counseling and screen for std infections, if the patient is having sex.

Physical ; lab.: Physical examination to determine if the hymn membrane is intact or violated. And a blood test to determine the level of some hormones in it. Hope that help.
