Hi my wife is 37years old, she has knee pain & she is finding very difficult to sit down or bent. she has numbness in her hand. what is the remedy?

Not so simple : It sounds like there may be more than one process in play. The knee pain sounds more like a local issue with either injury to the knee or local arthritis. The numbness in the hand could be carpal tunnel syndrome or many other possibilities. Medical attention needed to more fully evaluate the cause or causes of her symptoms.

She need s to be --: Seen by her pcp (gp) or an orthopod, to check both the knee and numb hand issues. Good luck.
