Antibiotics: Antibiotics would not lead to a discharge, but gonorrhea is commonly known to cause penile discharge or rectal mucous.

Gonorrhea: If you std was confirmed by a lab exam, take your medication as precribed. Those are symptoms of an std. Keep in mind that people with gonorrhea usually have another std concominant to that, so you should be aware of that and follow up with your physician. Physicians must also rule out other stds when one std is present.
