Infection: I would suggest that you have a viral infection . Increase you fluid intake and try tylinol 500 mg , two every four hours and you may need to take a ppi like Prilosec for your reflux. If no improvement in 36 hours see a doctor as you may have flu.

Sounds viral: This sounds like you are coming diwn with some viral infection. You may or may not also have acid reflux, but that would not cause head, body, nor boob soreness.
