Fifth Disease: The rash limited to one cheek is not fifth disease, you need a rash on both cheeks like some one slapped you on both cheeks.

Maybe: Fifth disease (not "fifths") is usually on both cheeks, and is usually accompanied by a fever -- but atypical presentations do happen. A rash on one cheek could be an allergic contact reaction, or a direct irritation of the skin, or other things. If it persists, see a dermatologist.
