How long does it take for atrophic testes to lose function, how long is the process and what are the symptoms if caused by hernia repair?

Few weeks: If the hernia surgery caused the atrophy, the the reason was that the blood supply of the testicle was compromised , it will cause the testicle to atrophy within the first three months, generally speaking there are no symptoms.
