Deep Vein Thrombosis: I doubt anyone with a real DVT would be able to run. But, yes, it would be very dangerous to run without a diagnosis or being on treatment to resolve this dangerous clot.

Yes: A DVT causes inflammation and swelling both of which hurt during exercises that involve the calf muscles.
