Ranitidine, rarely: Ranitidine (zantac) has been associated with only 7 cases of subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus in the literature -- and Elavil not at all. http://tinyurl.com/osy9g5y more commonly implicated are antifungals and chemotherapeutic agents.
