Just switched to prozac (fluoxetine) and uped dose rather fast from 10mg to 40mg. it's week 6 and i feel dizzy, unreal, irritable, worse then before. what can i do?

Please let your: Prescribing provider know as soon as possible. These symptoms are of concern. If you were my patient i would start reducing the dose right away -but you aren't my patient. So, please contact your doctor very soon.

I was on Prozac (fluoxetine) and diazepam but getting all the side effects of Prozac (fluoxetine) so decided to not take it, stayed on diazepam, panic/dizzy getting worse.
Been off Prozac (fluoxetine) (20 mg, on it for 3 months) for 3 weeks and still feeling dizzy. Is this normal? When will the withdrawals end?
