We all grieve : Differently. We also go through different stages of grief. I see you are taking benzodiazapines. This might be blunting feelings some - especially if you feel at all sedated from it. I would encourage you not to be hard on yourself because you are not crying. It doesn't mean that you didn't love and cherish your cat. I am sorry for your loss.
