UTI: Possibly a urinary tract infection(uti) that causes urinary frequency, burning on urine passage, and if it ascends the urinary tract, back pain as a possible kidney infection. The thin vaginal discharge needs assessment also. See a md soon for rx.

2 problems?: Back pain and frequent urination usually indicates a possible bladder infection. Watery vaginal discharge indicates a possible secondary infection unrelated or just hormonal changes. Need to be seen by a physician.
