Herpetic swelling?: After a illness, herpetic breakouts can be more common but this should go away on its own over a weeks time.

Sore bump: Sorry, not an accurate diagnosis. You must be seen to be evaluated, especially if lesion is worsening. Please schedule an examination with your Dentist.
