Coincidence: Fludrocortisone (corticosteroid) is prescribed to control the sodium and fluids in the human body. The major side effect of this drug is a headache; hence stopping the drug will not induce headache. It could be a coincidence and you are suffering from the tension type headache with a neck involvement as a source of pain. See interventional pain management specialist for evaluation and treatment.
