Not uncommon: You may notice i didn't use "normal" since i'd like to save that word for less distressing times. But accidents are traumatic. I hope you've been examined and internal injuries are either treated or not there. At the least, you may be suffering mild ptsd which will either fade or might move to to seek a bit of therapy to break it. Fatigue is often a consequence of ptsd or other anxiety. Heal well!
