Sub withdrawal: It took you a long time to get where you are so don't expect miracles with a fast withdrawal; not saying this is you. Go off it very slowly at your own pace. If you develop symptoms you might try pain medicine such as Motrin and and another drug called Clonidine that might help with general symptoms. But in general you might think of six months to 18 months to slowly get down to zero.
