Eczema Flare: You are likely suffering from an eczema flare. Flares can occur when you are exposed to a trigger, allergen, or other exacerbating factor. They can also occur when you are not practicing good skin hygiene and not using a daily moisturizer. For worsening eczema apply prescription strength corticosteroid ointments to problem areas twice a day until clear.
