A member asked:

How to get rid of my sinus headache?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Sinus headache is caused by a difference in pressure between the sinus cavity and the outside world. The drainage pathway of the sinuses are narrow. When swelling occurs in the nasal cavity, this becomes blocked. Reversing the swelling will allow for the pressure to equalize. Knowing the cause of the swelling helps determine what works best - uri, allergy, infection, etc. See your doctor or ent.
