Get seen: Today's psychotherapy isn't lying on a couch and saying what comes to mind like in the comic strips. You'll talk face to face with an adult who has heard it all and can guide you in recognizing the tricks that your mind is playing on you and give you the power to take your life back. Please find a competent caregiver -- you may or may not need medication -- and start getting the joy life owes you.
