Can using an albuterol inhaler before running allow me to go longer distances?

Probably not: Unless you are suffering from symptoms of exercise- or cold-induced asthma (coughing or wheezing when running, particularly in cold weather), probably not. Endurance running is not ventilation limited, rather the limitations have more to do with fuel or the musculoskeletal system.
