Vertigo: It may not be vertigo. It could be dizziness. Racing heart drops blood pressure. It could cause dizziness/fainting/syncope. You need to consult your physician.

The past two days I have had 3 "episodes" of dizziness, light headedness, racing heart, borderline passing out and feeling like my head is shaking.
I started having dizziness, disorient, racing of my heart, feeling shirt of breath. Then I go poop it goes away until I have to go again. Thought it?
