Maybe not: There's two points here: 1) eliminating all fats is not healthy, in fact it may be detrimental - you need some fats to survive & function. The trick is choosing the right fats. 2) even if eliminating "bad" fats, you may not get crystal clear arteries but the plaques will shrink and you'll slow the creation of new ones.
