Need visualization: Any lesions, regardless of how small or innocuous they appear, should be evaluated. Without a medical history, including use of tobacco and alcohol, it is not prudent to guess at what this might be. For peace of mind, consult with a local oral surgeon who can see the lesion and determine if a biopsy is indicated.

Fibroma?: It may well be a benign growth. However, without personally examining it, and possibly having it biopsied, no one can know for sure. See an oral surgeon for a definitive diagnosis and appropriate treatment, if necessary.
