Hospital evaluation: A significant number of kids who have ingested as little as a tablespoonful of kerosene or other petroleum products have ended up on ventilators in a pediatric icu. The process can initially be very asymptomatic with a dramatic decline in function over several hours. I would go to the hospital now for full evaluation.
