Which kind if bug bites are small and skin color?

Any: There is no way to tell which bug bite causes a certain coloration on the skin since the coloration is more an individual response than from the bite itself. The coloration also varies with time. There are however certain bites which may produce a characteristic rash on people (the target like lesion with ticks carrying lyme disease, the bruised & pusey lesion from some spider bites etc)
