PET: It is likely unrelated to the pet tracer. If f18-fdg was used, the half life is approximately 110 minutes. The tracer should be mostly out of your system by now.

Possibly CT portion: If pet with contrasted ct intravenous injection of iodine based contrast material can cause itching as reaction to contrast material. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can be taken to alleviate the itching. Isotope f18 FDG used for pet portion of study does not usually cause reaction.
