I have small purple dots look a bit like a hickey after using new towel without washing. painful when touched.?

Likely unrelated: Unless you had abnormal friction from the towel, it is unlikely that the towel is to blame. Painful purple spots sound like purpura, a medical name for bleeding into the skin. This could be caused by infection, an immune vascultitis, or low platelets. I recommend that you have an urgent evaluation.
