)Yes.: If you have a known lesion, it would be good to show it to the doctor. In some instances, anal hpv can cause warts and precancerous changes (dysplasia) that may not be visible to the naked eye, and you may want to have hra (high resolution anoscopy) with biopsies to define the exact nature / severity of the process.
