Motion sickness : It is not unusual for some kids to have motion sickness when they are in a moving vehicle. It may help if you teach to look up and out the window when in the bus. Concentrate on something far away, and he will not feel sick as before. Hope that helps

Car sickness: You might try using dramamine (dimenhydrinate) before your trip I would not give abomin to a six year old
