Tough to know: One sided runny nose from allergy is uncommon. Suggesting measures to obtain relief cannot be accomplished without more medical history, unfortunately. Consider a virtual consult with Health Tap Prime or discuss further with your primary physician. History of nose trauma/surgery, allergies, infections will be important for the conversation.
