Urologist: You are right to be concerned. Blood in the urine can be from many, many different things but the recommendation would be to speak to the Primary Care and, most likely, be advised to see a Urologist. Often, the Primary Care will begin with routine urine tests as well as a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis prior to referral so that the Urologist will have much more information to begin with.
