Itching: As the weather warms up, we tend to sweat more and if the sweat collects between two skin folds, it can irritate. I suggest wearing cotton underwear and using baby powder to fight the wetness. For skin irritation 1% hydrocortisone cream available over the counter at any drugstore. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. Keeping the area clean and dry would be a first step. Local infections are pretty common (yeast... like a diaper rash, boils, even pinworms)
