See my comment: Any recent contact with anyone known/unknown with skin condition?Are there any bumps, rash, skin changes?It is hard to diagnose with no exam, use mild baby lotion, or over the counter 1% cortisine ointment for about 3-4 days only. If no relieve see a skin specialist or checkwith you local health dept.
