Determine : The cause of the blisters which may be fungal, viral, or frictional amongst some of the more common reasons. Can treat once knowing the etiology. Would recommend you see a podiatrist.

See a dermatologist: Exact diagnosis determines treatment ; outlook. Possible dyshidrotic eczema. Skin specialist much better than podiatrist for this.
