Can you tell me is there a way stop your skin from getting red because of allergies?

Avoidance?: If allergy is causing it, avoidance is the answer. If not avoidable, then antihistamine may be the answer. On the other hand, there are other causes and you may need an allergist to help you sort this out especially when itching is absent.
