Not that dangerous: The only really dangerous thing about Paxil (paroxetine) that comes to mind is that if you suddenly stop it there can be a very uncomfortable withdrawal syndrome. However, even this is not that severe in terms of being a cause of imminent injury or death. However, like all selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, Paxil (paroxetine) does sometimes cause suicidal thinking. Talk with your physician for more details!
