Nutritional food: Coconut is well known for its nutritional benefits. Its abundant in vitamins, minearals and nutrients. Some of these include omega 6 fatty acids which are beneficial to the body. It is a good source of manganese, iron, phosphorous , and potassium as well as other trace minerals. Coconuts also contain lauric acid which is antibacterial and excellent in fighting infection . I use a machete to cut.
