Can you tell me is it bad to apply hydrocortisone more than eight times a day?

Where and why?: While over the counter hydrocortisone cream is a low potency topical steroid, it is best to identify the reason why the steroid is needed in the first place. If the trigger can be found and avoided, then hydrocortisone may not be needed.
