Patience: I assume that the ashy spots are where you had your hives. They may still disappear without leaving a mark, again assuming that you have not scratched violently so that those lesions are now scars. If they remain, see a physician because hives that leave scars are sometimes associated with diseases that require proper evaluation and treatment.
