See prior answer: Prior questionn that i answered was very similar to this, check my virtual practice. Among the possibilities are a vaginal infection (chlamydia, trichamonas, etc), a spontaneous aborted fertilized egg, endometriosis of uterus or vagina....I would suggest that if it continues another five days or you start to have fever or any other symptoms, see family practitioner or gynecologist.

Probably normal: Some people might have some spotting which will cause the brownish discarge. If it does not go away get checked just to make sure.
