Yes and Maybe: Pregnancy symptoms like breast tenderness or nausea can change over time, and symptoms can decrease but the pregnancy is still healthy. Miscarriage risk may be increased depending on your age (higher risk in older women) and the reason for ivf. Diminished ovarian reserve (low egg supply) increases the risk of miscarriage at any age, compared with tubal problems/ male factor. Follow up with your md.

Pregnancy symptoms: Changes in pregnancy symptoms sometimes herald an early miscarriage. Miscarriage can occur with normal pregnancies and with ivf pregnancies.
