You can't: Colds take 7-10 to resolve with or without treatment. Take OTC meds, rest, hydrate, moisturize air. Vitamin C

Bad news: There's no actual cure for cold or flu. But on the bright side, these viruses may clear up pretty quickly (7 to 10 days).
