No: This is most likely either nothing at all, or uterine prolapse. This is a condition that happens when your pelvic organs' support structure has weakened. If it is a little lower than usual, this is probably nothing to worry about, but if it comes all the way out, or associated with incontinence, you should see an ob/gyn, or your family physician.
