No: Regular milk (cows milk) will make her more constipated. Try using probiotics like floras for or culturelle. Look at her diet as well. Pitted fruits like apricots, nectarines, plums are good esp if dried. You can soak it in water for about 15 min then blend it with other things she may like. There's a new formula from end amok called reguline as your pediatrician about it

Constipation: Actually when you switch from formula to milk, I have found in general, that babies get more constipated. I like to use dark Karo syrup in the bottles and titrate to response. It is less expensive. If you do this, you need to stop the lactulose. Alternatively, call your doc and ask what to increase to on the lactulose.Obviously, add more fiber to the diet.
