Double trouble: Quite often a cold can be superimposed on underlying allergies. This can make you even more miserable! The usual over the counter cough and cold remedies can help you feel better while the body fights off the cold. Often overlooked is nasal saline which helps the cough and drainage. Nasal gel spray helps the dry irritated nose.
