Some helpful: Techniques include progressive muscle relaxation before bed or deep breathing exercises. Ensure that you schedule another time to write down problems ; solutions. In other words set a boundary for yourself - that you will not fret about issues before bed. Buspar (buspirone) can be excellent for helping with bedtime ruminations. Take care.
